Weekly Systems Maintenance
We perform systems maintenance and upgrades weekly on Sunday mornings.
In order to complete that work, we schedule a 4 hour window starting at 00:00 hours Eastern Standard Time (EST). There could be intermittent outages to the workXid System during the window of a few minutes at a time.
